Return & Exchange Policy
This Return and Exchange Policy applies to purchases made through the TULSICA FINE JEWELS PRIVATE LIMITED website.
1. General Policy
Returns and refunds are allowed only under specified conditions and must follow this policy.
2. Return Eligibility
Eligible reasons include damage, defect, wrong item, or order-related issue. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos.
3. Non-Returnable Cases
- Used products
- Missing original packaging or invoice
- Customer-caused damage
- Tags removed
4. Return Approval
Approval is required before return. Additional proof may be requested, including photos, videos, and unboxing evidence.
5. Return Process
If approved, pickup is arranged by the Company. Product must be returned with original box, invoice, tags, and accessories.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued after product receipt, quality inspection, and approval. Processing timeline is generally 5-14 working days.
7. COD Refunds
For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.
8. Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be allowed for size issues, defect, or wrong item and are subject to stock availability.
9. Damaged / Defective Products
Claims must be reported within 48 hours with required proof.
10. Order Cancellation
Cancellation can be requested, including after dispatch, subject to return and inspection process.
11. Refund Rejection
Refunds may be rejected in policy-mismatch or suspected fraud scenarios. Company decision is final.
12. Fraud Prevention
We may restrict accounts or reject claims in case of suspicious misuse.
13. International Orders
International returns are generally not allowed unless specifically approved.
14. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to Nawada, Bihar, India jurisdiction.
